Refund & Returns Policy

7-Day return window

You may return unopened, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items not eligible for return

• Opened or partially consumed products (food safety regulations).
• Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
• Products purchased with a non-refundable promotional code.

How to start a return

1. Email info@gdmnutra.com with your order number and reason.
2. We arrange a reverse pickup at your address (Mon–Sat).
3. Once the product reaches us and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will dispatch a replacement at no cost.
